Amadeus Apartments is perfectly situated for travel by public transport.
Just a 1-minute walk (100m) from Amadeus Apartments, you will find bus stops for the most important bus lines.
The bus terminal for long-distance buses between Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Munich, Cesky Krumlov, and Prague is right at our doorstep!
The Bad Ischl train station is a 5-minute walk (400m) away, with connections to Ebensee, Gmunden, Attnang-Puchheim, Vienna, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, and Graz. You can request a discount voucher for public transport during your stay.

  • Take the train from Munich and Salzburg to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof.
  • Take bus 150 (stop F at Südtiroler Platz) to Bad Ischl Bahnhof.
  • From the bus station, located next to the train station, cross the zebra crossings to Voglhuberstraße.

  • From Linz and Vienna
    Take the train to Attnang/Puchheim.
  • In Attnang/Puchheim, change to the train heading towards Bad Ischl Bahnhof.
  • From the train station, cross the zebra crossings to Voglhuberstraße.
  • You will reach Amadeus Apartments in just 4 minutes.

Various bus companies offer long-distance shuttle transfers between Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Cesky Krumlov (Krumau), Budweis, Prague, and Bad Ischl.
